Center Point DAAC's REAP Program is conveniently located in Santa Rosa, CA that provides medication assisted program utilizing FDA-approved medications such as Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, Vivitrol and Methadone.  Upon registering for our program, the patient will be interviewed by our Case Manager, who will set the patient in our system and establish an individualized treatment plan that includes medication and regular check-ins with our physician along with individual and group therapy.  We accept MediCal, but if the patient is uninsured, he or she will be covered under a grant.
